My deals are not being shared with others

- All others are part of the Outlook Customer Manager Group

- All Deals are marked "Shared"

- Deals are all marked "Won" in status

- Only I, the creator of the deal, can see it

Hi Jed,

 

First,  please let others go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases> Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com"> Then, restart Outlook 2016 to check if the issue can be fixed.

 

If it doesn't work, I'd like to collect the following:

1. Except for Deals, can contacts and companies be shared successfully?

2. Please provide the OCM log via private message.

  Have the same issue. Me and my colleagues can see shared companies and contacts, but not deals. Actually we see deals but all of them are marked - "inactive". 

  We tried to clear cache and reinstall add-in, unfortunately no success. Any other ideas?

We are struggling with the exactly same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

 


same problem here since weeks, it feels like the users are connected to different databases… all deals are shared, but we have 41 deals at one user and 39 at the other - a new test deal won't be syncronized.

Hello, Does anybody support this application? We are paying monthly fee for the package which is including OCM for Outlook, but didn't receive any answer for last 2 weeks!!! Is it possible to get any feedback, at least? Thank you!

We are also having the same issue. Contacts, and Companies are shared - but not Deals. 

very interesting is, that OCM isn't visible in OWA (web-acces) anymore. in my opinion, there are really big problems with access of 2 users to the one data-base

I am having the exact same issue here with my colleague. He can see everything I share with him except for deals. It would be highly appreciated if anyone who has solved this could provide their input.

-Already: Updated Office, Purged caches, Deshared-Reshared deals.
-Nothing seems to work....

contact and company sharing are working, but the deals don't.

 

Microsoft can you please support what you sell?

WE can see our shared companies and shared contacts, but not our shared deals. Any update on a solution? or software update in the near future?

@Geoherediabest thing will be to open a service ticket - we are working since 4 weeks (and also last year) with microsoft-support at this problem.

Same issue here. Incredibly frustrating.

 

Weirdly just the same three deals share across the team. No rhyme or reason to it.
