Hi Vignesh - all relevant and up-to-date guides were moved over to this community. Are there specific guides you're looking for?
11-30-2016 09:25 AM
@Vignesh S, we moved all relevant labs from the http://guides.officeignite.com site to Tech Community. We did not transfer over outdated labs (Lync labs for example). My goal was to confirm community interest in this type of learning to determine if we invest in this type of learning moving forward. So fare we have seen tremendous interest so we are absolutely planning on investing in more of this type of training. Thanks for your feedback and stay tuned for more guides!

These are helpful, however, they typically make some assumptions about licensing, configuration and security roles that are not fully explained. It would be more helpful, if there was some type of supporting documentation that would explain why we may not see the exact same screens. For example, my Security and Compliance Center does not have a Security Policies heading like the Using MDM video demonstates. I am going to have to spend some time doing some research to understand why mine is different.

Good point. We only have the E3 license, but a lot of the security information is on features that you only get with and E5 plan.

they all were functionality demonstration guides, the guides were simply a superb Top view solution flow of each individual products line. For sure, no where they addressed any thing relataed to pricing/Licencing.
I wonder what concerns you all had .
Thanks for nothing.

NO EXCHANGE LAB.. thx for nothing.
I click here https://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/virtuallabs?id

Thanks for the feedback @Dirk Hülsekopf. The link you provided is to the Technet Virtual lab inventory that a variety of full/VM hosted labs. The Online Interactive Guides that are linked on this page are click-through demo labs (not an actual virtualized environment. You are correct that we do not have any Online Interactive Guides on Exchange, however if there is enough interest, we certainly can build a few. What types of Exchange guides would you like to see? A "how to" on configuring an Exchange Hybrid environment? Best practices on administering Exchange Online in the Admin Center? Migration/Deployment focused? Focused on Exchange security and compliance features? Let me know and we will absolutely consider investing in these. Thanks!

When I click on the Virtual Exchange Lab, I end up here. The start lab links to this thread. Seems there are no labs for Exchange (at least the ones I clicked on).

Regarding the exchange labs, i understand that virtual labs are different from guided expereinces but selecting "Creating a Database Availability Group" lab brings us here, thats what many people mean by NO Exchange labs here.
Also if microsoft could bring back the exchange 2010 labs in virtual labs that would be great too.

What happened to Performing eDiscovery Using SharePoint? The previous link was http://guides.officeignite.com/Guides/Performing%2
12-14-2016 02:09 PM
Hi Kathy, we moved all relevant content over to this community. I'm adding @Michael Kophs so he's aware of your feedback regarding the Performing eDiscovery Using SharePoint Guide.
12-15-2016 05:21 AM
Office Guides: SharePoint Online Overview for IT Pros sends people here for the interactive course but there is nothing about SharePoint here. Very disappointed.

Hi Sandra, thanks for your feedback. We moved all relevant and updated guides/labs over to this community. I'm adding @Michael Kophs so he is aware of your request for the SharePoint Online Overview for IT Pros Guide.
12-16-2016 11:44 AM
Thank you for the feedback @Sandra V. We are in the process of creating new SharePoint Online Guides that represent that latest available SharePoint offerings. We only carried over the Online Guides from the previous site that were still relevant, removing the guides that were outdated and in need of updating (the SharePoint guides fell into this category unfortunatley). Please stay tuned for a new wave of Online Guides that will include SharePoint.

Michael and Maddie,
Please restore the Office Guides: SharePoint Online Overview for IT Pros guide until the new guide(s) are available. Why take away what you currently have when the new content isn't ready yet? That makes no sense. I was looking forward to the guide, now I join @Sandra V and just have disappointment (again) in Microsoft.

Hi I am specifically looking for these guides,
It can be really inefficient when links are changed.
The orgiginla links were as follows. (not I changed them to hxxs to satisft the forms checking)
Performing an In-Place eDiscovery and Hold in Exchange Online.
Note: there is also eDiscovery for SharePoint Online.
01-02-2017 04:16 PM
eDiscovery and Hold is now mostly being done in the Security and Compliance Center instead of in the Exchange and SharePoint admin centers. I can't say for sure, but I suspect this is why the old Ignite labs were pulled.
You might check out this Office video:
It's just a short four-minute video, but it does a pretty good job walking through the steps necessary to set up eDiscovery.
01-04-2017 05:14 PM
Please add the old labs (Exchange & Office 365 Guides). They were really helpful.
01-05-2017 08:41 AM
Thanks for the feedback @Rahul Kumaar. We are in the process of bringing back all old guides. We are also in the process of refreshing these guides as to reflect the latest product/service offerings, but will post the old guides until the new ones are ready. Stay tuned!
01-06-2017 01:52 AM
Thanks for considering brining the old guids. They were so helpful. When shall we expect to see them back?
01-11-2017 01:50 PM
Good stuff @Maddie Egan. I like these interactive guides.
Anything to help the end user actually interact with the environment and get comfortable with it is the way to to for better user adoption. Keep up the good work!

I'm unable to access the information for O365 groups. I just get a dark grey screen...have tried accessing in both IE and Chrome.

The Lync Labs would have been extemely useful as the deployment is largely identical to Skype For Business. Please can you make these available again for those studying for the 70-333 and 70-334 exams.
