Outlook App on Android missing Skype Meeting toggle

As the title says. On different flavors of Android, the Skype for Business toggle is missing from the Outlook app. Is there an issue with a certain type of Android version? This feature was announced in 2016 and iOS users in our environment have the ability to do this but Android users do not. Any suggestions?

I have an Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android Oreo (8.0.0) and I don't have the "Skype switch" option in my Outlook app.

I have the same problem, on Samsung Galaxy S7 egde running Outlook 2.2.228 (284) and Android 8.0.0
