I work for an NFP MSP and one of our clients is having an issue with sharing from the office application. They are on the monthly release cycle from their Office 365 subscription.
When they click share (either the button in the top left corner or via the file/share menu when they type a name into the invite people box the system sits spinning and spinning and never resolving anything. When they use the share link from SharePoint there are no issues.
Has anyone else experience this issue and have any idea where I should start trouble shooting? The only thing I can think of as next steps is working with the MS Office 365 support team and that can get complex with three parties, MS, me and the client.
