Please help me about this error in Office 365...

I've have felt the problem.... A: ordered latest "Office" to keep current. then realised there was no Publisher I(which has been the main item within Office for me). Now I have NO Office, althout I have paid for three (due to my mistakes) and have had to download a late "Publisher" from the net.
A suggestion . . . Bearing in mind that elderly users( like me) make mistakes more often than those younger, could there be: a message on the purchase procedure, reminding users of the one month grace period and, perhaps a query if the order looks shakey. It's bedtime... "G'bye!"
