Waited a long time, and paid for Premium just to get OCM....so disappointed.

I have so may issues with my OCM that I don't know where to begin.  Something else went wrong.pngSomething went wrong.Spinning wheel of create button.pngCoundn't even click on the Save Button.pngDetails should be for my client - not me.pngSomething went wrong.png

Something went wrong, and then something else went wrong.  Then it would let me add a task because it was "still creating a contact."  Then it wouldn't let me even click the save button after adding a task, and there's more.  So many issues, and yet so little time to deal with them. 

 

What an embarrassment for Microsoft.

I would suggest raising a support ticket from your O365 tenant and get the team to look at it.

O365 support seem to have no idea how to resolve OCM issues.  They all say, "It is new" and try various, general Outlook troubleshooting steps with no success.  Does anybody here know the best source to contact for help getting OCM issues resolved?  Somebody must know.
