Using Conferencing with Exchange On-Premise with Skype for Business Online (Non-Hybrid)

Looking for some advice on how we can change the setup so when a user clicks on 'New Skype Meeting' in Outlook, it pulls the information from their SfB Online account and not On-prem?

We have 2 scenarios where I see either:

1. Lync on-prem conference call details appear

2. User receives an error - 'The user accounts in outlook and skype do not match....'

 

Is there a way in Exchange or Lync that can use the SfB Online conference settings?

 

Our setup is:

 

Office 365

Office 365 E1 and Audio Conferencing for 2 users.

Federation and AAD Connect setup and working fine

 

On-Prem

Exchange 2016 - Not hybrid

Lync - Not hybrid
