I have one user who experiences blank thumbnails for Microsoft Office documents when mousing over them on the Taskbar (see attached example). The user's machine is a Windows 7, 64 bit desktop. Disabling Hardware Graphics Acceleration; repairing Office; uninstalling and reinstalling Office; updating the graphics drivers; and toggling the theme between Windows 7 Basic and Windows Classic has not resolved the issue. The issue is intermittent and seems to only impact Office applications. No particular set of actions seems to trigger or resolve the issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
