We are moving our files from a server fileshare to OneDrive for Business and I am looking for a way to oversee 200+ staff OneDrives to maintain compliance with Acceptable Use Policy (no personal videos, music, photos, etc). We have used Folder Sizes for a number of years but I can't find anything that has oversight without the ability to make changes to files in OneDrive. I can get access to each drive, but this also allows me to make changes to those files and I don't want that.
Is there a way to run reports on things like "file types on OneDrive", "largest files saved on OneDrive" ... that sort of thing?
Thanks!

If you are looking for reports on file types and large files for few 100's of users on OD4B Sharegate would be your best bet to run these reports.

From Onedrive landing Page, You can also go to each individual user Storage Metrics page to look for large files for a specific user. Here's an article which describes how.

Office 365 also provides some Usage reports in Admin Center for OD4B. Below URL provides more detail for the same.

Thank you! We are using Sharegate already for migrating to Sharepoint. I'll look at how to connect it to oneDrive!
