Profile Pictures Delve

Hello

I would like to update my profile picture on Delve.

Now we are not using right now Exchange Online.

How is the relationship between the components of Office365?

If I do update it on https://portal.office.com/account/#personalinfo

will it update it on Delve?

If I click on profile on Delve I am redirected to https://axa365-my.sharepoint.com//_layouts/15/editprofile.aspx?UserSettingsProvider.

Which picture will then be shown on Delve.

Hi,

The simplest way to update your profile picture on delve is to Click on Me > Click on Camera Icon Choose the picture you want to upload. You're done.

If you are facing any challenge in that please check with your O365 Admin. I think O365 Admin can control what user can change on Delve and what not.

You are right. The Problem is that it get's overwritten and I try to understand

the relationship between the different components. So why do I get redirected to

my https://axa365-my.sharepoint.com//_layouts/15/editprofile.aspx?UserSettingsProvider.

when I try to update the Picture. Which components do get the Pictures from https://portal.office.com/account/#personalinfo.

Thank you for your Input. I knew this site.

Started a test and uploaded the Picture on ...my.SharePoint...

Now according to the user, uploading Picture to Delve has no effect.

I also found https://blog.hyperfish.com/where-does-the-profile-information-come-from-in-office-365

which explains the sync for Profile Pictures.
