Hello,
I have shared mailbox and have users with full access permisions.
Functionality from OWA is working, users can read/create/delete calendar appointments succesfully.
When the same users use outlook, to edit/create an appointment they recieve this error.
You don't have permission to create an entry in the folder. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder....

Afaik, this is still a pending issue with Microsoft as I'm using OWA for Editing Shared Mailbox Calendar.
You can also go to Outlook User Voice and vote this to have fixed: https://outlook.uservoice.com/

Last time I tried, simply opening the shared calendar's properties was enough to make Outlook work as expected. But I guess that will depend on the Office version too...

Is the user with access properties Mac user ?
