I couldn't help but notice that the pop-up notifications for Outlook on the web only appear if I'm actually looking at the Outlook web page on the browser, not when I'm using another browser tab. This kind of defeats the purpose I believe.
I'm using the Chrome browser on Win 7 Pro. Pop-ups set to allowed in Chrome. Notification are On of course in the OWA.
