Outlook Customer Manager is absolutely a joke!

I am on Office 365 Business Premium Trial - China Region, and have spent 2 full days trying to enable it without luck.

 

I was not alone. Along the way just came across so many community posts talking about the difficulties of enabling it or getting it available to the rest of team, not to mention the usability.

 

Just gave up after this post(which seemed like a last rescue) didn't work out for me(in my region).

 

But how does Microsoft advertise it? 

"With Outlook Customer Manager, you don’t have to install new software or spend days training your team. And because your data stays in Office 365, you don’t waste valuable time setting up connectors to other software or services or managing separate products." See here

 

Microsoft complicates things that are supposed to be simple.
