A long while back I started using disclaimers in 365 as a work around for email signaures. More recently I've started using a 3rd party service (CrossWare) for this: http://dave.harris.uno/crossware-email-signatures-office365/
Ideally, this functionality should be built into Office365 so that email signatures can be automatically added for users, to include names, numbers, addresses etc. Ideally with some images for logos and links to social networks, the usual stuff.
