The news that Teams won’t support external access when they planned is not a shock. But what is needed is a common external access mechanism that can work for all of the Office 365 applications. Let’s not reinvent the wheel!
Absolutely agree. It's getting quite confusing for end users and customers to try to understand "you can do this, but not if you do it that way", or "this app that sits on top of that service can't use that feature that the service itself can".
