Editing is free and doesn’t require a subscription as long as the device isn’t larger than 10.1 inches

 

Core editing is available for free on Android devices with screen sizes of 10.1 inches or less. The extra features below are available on Android tablets and phones with a qualifying Office 365 subscription.”
