We are planning to buy MSDN Subcription for our development. Could any one confirm, is MSDN Subcription included Office 365 for development?

Our Development we need Visual Studio, Office 365, Azure and LUIS cognitive service. Kindly guide me on this...

Visual Studio Enterprise when bought as an annual subscription comes with the full MSDN benefits including an Office 365 Developer subscription (up to 25 users), Azure credit and access to software. See this comparison for details.  By the way, you can create for free a 5 user one year Office 365 developer tenant.
