Help box and version history box not responding

I use to be able to type in my help question in the help box on the right of the screen. Now it doesn’t respond to my mouse. The version history isn’t responding either.

What browser? Tried another?

I have a windows 7 operating system. And Microsoft Office 365 2019 newly installed.

I use chrome as a browser but I was in excel when this problem occurred
