Excel crashes sometimes when user cut & pastes from one tab to another

Hello, Recently, we experience several crashes per day in Excel when a user cut & pastes from one tab to another. This does not happen all the time but when it happens the person who did the cut & paste loses their previous changes. Excel shuts down and creates a recovered version for.
This crash only occurs on the user that did the cut & paste so the other users don't have this problem.

We have tried creating a new file from zero but it still happens.

Is there anything we can do or anyone that could help? 
Our IT partner is trying to look for problems but isn't sure what to do next...

At the moment it's not extremely busy here but in 2 weeks we cannot afford something like this.

Is this online version or desktop version!
If this happens on desktop , try doing an online repair from the control panel!

Thanks for your reply.

IT tried a repair already but this did not change anything.
They also deleted office from computer and reinstalled, checked for an error in the register log, ...

We use the desktop version.

Hi,

When other user copy & pastes it does not occur.

Tried another online repair and received an update of Office.
We will be trying again with the user that had the crashes...

Fingers crossed that it does not happen anymore.

Yes! I hope for the best! What you describe it seems like a client issue so hopefully it will be resolved

If not, also run a memory (RAM) check on that machine

Unfortunately it still happens.

Did a full online repair, Ram check ( no issues ), ...
Even when the user logs in on a different device ( laptop ) it happens on that device too... 
The desktop she uses now is brand new.

We do not know what to do now...

It must relate to something in that document! Did it happen when someone else used it to?

Hi,

The past week I cut and pasted from one sheet to another and it did not happen.

It only happens when that one user "Kristel" does it.

We tried making a new document from scratch and it still happened to "Kristel".

Would using the online version help?

Just tried the online version.

This is not usefull for us because we cannot use the special sorting function...
