Enterprise Architecture Setup Best Practices - O365 Suite

We have a client who is planning to deploy SharePoint Online, CRM Online, Dynamics AX, Power BI (of which we only have visibility / full access to the SPO effort); but they're doing it in a very ad-hoc manner, not aligning these platforms in an integrated manner, treating them as seperate projects; we want to show them the proper way to do this, do it from a top-level Infra assessment and ent. arch perspective, showing them how they can take advantage of all the inter-connecivity that these platforms offer (i.e. lifecycle entity mgmt, like customer, across all systems, with single-source updating; surfacing Power BI reports in CRMOL, SPO; ent. arch setup best practices for optimum performance / scale) - and perhaps even use PPM to manage the roll-out.  Is there a 'bible' we can reference in terms of best practice approaches to O365 product implementation from this perspective?  Thx..
