Checking Office 365 Group Membership with Azure AD Access Reviews

MVP

A new premium Azure Active Directory feature allows you to force group owners to certify that external members should have continued access. Given that Office 365 Groups and Microsoft Teams now both support guest users, it is wise to check on who can access what from time to time. Whether you will want to pay extra for such a feature is quite another matter!

Why do all the best features require E5, ugh:/  Needs to be in EMS E3 or AAD P1.

It's all about choice Erin! Seriously though, these are nice features that many of us will never get to try or bring to customers, who just can't justify the expense. Nevertheless, it's great to see enhancements like this and the capabilities they open up.

No one ever said that everyone comes for free in the cloud...

You would pay extra for features like this on-premises or the cloud if an ISV provided them, so I don't see the problem in paying Microsoft if they add business value. And if you don't want to pay, use PowerShell and improve the code that I posted!

Are there any additional features coming to Azure AD access reviews, this feature is very similar to what we need but feels it needs tweaking. We would like an option to send out access reviews once a month to all Group owners to review guest access, this is something we have had difficulties in the past with SharePoint on Prem. Is there a way to feedback on this?
