Batch Processing

I have a reatitive task that I am looking to automate, and I continue to strike out.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a word document that may have 5-15 pages.  Ultimately what I need to do is output each page as it's own .pdf file and rename it for the text which is on the first line of the page.  (ie.  each page is a report for a given patient that needs to be exported to a .pdf and renamed to the patient's name).  Is there a way to do this?

Easiest option is to pay someone on sites like Upwork to do it for you. The investment in time and money would probably be a lot less than figuring out if the technology can do it. :)
