No there isn't, you have two options here: - Doing manually in the underlaying site collections - Using a migration tool such as Sharegate that would allow you to easily move videos between channels
Solution

Juan is correct. There is no way to do this today in O365 Video. Only option it upload the video to another channel.

As we explore how we bring O365 Video and Stream together we will be looking at possiblities of having a single video be in multiple channels.

Is it the same answer today @Marc Mroz?  (Cannot migrate/move videos between channels)

Yes, stil the same answer today. We don't have a way to move videos between channels in O365 Video. But with Stream we are building permissons and how videos show up so that a single video can be in multiple groups/channels and easily shifted. With stream we aren't doing a container model we are doing it as meta-data on the video itself. With the video being the truth of where it shows up and how it's permissioned.

If you upload videos to O365 Video and then Microsoft migrates Videos to Stream, will you be able to switch between channels without the URL changing (for the video that originated in O365 Video)?

Yes, once the video is in Stream you can change the permissions of the video to move it to other groups/channels in Stream. This will not change the URL of the video itself.

Marc - how is that done? Based on your comment, looks like this feature was recently added to Stream, but I am not seeing it. Wondering if perhaps we do not have that release yet, so was hoping you could tell me how you're doing it so I can see if I have those options yet. Thank you!

That's not strictly true. If you open the underlying SP site for the channel, you can use the copy action to move a video to another channel (aka site). Each channel is actually a site with a video library in it;  the url is like <domain>/portals/<channel name>/pVid/

Can't use SP Designer or windows explorer which is a drag (no bulk transfers) but it beats downloading and uploading.

If a simpler ui option is "coming to stream", it boggles the mind why this wasn't included in Video. Or better yet, why Video wasn't just improved instead of dumping another platform on us.

A couple years late to the party but, I had trouble with this and found a backdoor way to move videos between channels.

  1. Go to the pvid folder in the Video Channel SP Site collection:
    https://contoso.sharepoint.com/portals/CHANNELNAME/pVid

  2. This should open the Thumbnails view of all videos in the channel. If it opens in Modern experience change it to the Classic experience.

  3. Select the video you want to move.

  4. Click the Files tab > Send to action > Other Location

  5. In the destination field replace the URL with:
    https://contoso.sharepoint.com/portals/DESTINATIONCHANNELNAME/pVid

  6. Click OK

You have to do each video individually but, beats downloading and uploading multiple times.
