Not active sharing Excel/Word

When I need send my file, from the option share in file, This option don't make nothing.
Someone know, the solution at this problem?

Hi, are you trying to send the word or excel file through outlook as an attachment? If so, you can click on File - Share, and choose the option below "Attach a copy instead"
