Hello all,
I have recently created an O365 group for my team on our upcoming compliance initiative. I have stored a few files, mostly .XLSX, in the group that we will all need to work on. In addition, I added the group to my ODFB so I will have the files locally on my laptop.
My question is - is there a way that I can enabled using excel on my desktop to simulataneously work on these files with other group members? Right now when I open the document I get the "another user has it locked, view only or request to be notified...".
I feel like I watched a seminar from one of the Ignite conferences that showed this functionality but I can't seem to find it.
Any guidance is appreciated.
Thanks
sb

SolutionExcel doesn't yet support co-editing in the native windows application, like Word and PowerPoint do. It's something that will come at some point in the future.
You can co-edit Excel if everyone opens it in the browser.
