Reconfigure fields in apointments on calendar in Office 365

Hello!
I have several resources configured in Office365 and I was trying to put some fields of a appointment as mandatory in some resources.
I want to my company colleagues to always put the location in some resources, it would be more easier to manage the location of all appointments. I already try loggin as the mailbox of the resource but i didn´t see no costumization for this part.
Is there any way to do this?
