For user A we have all meeting invites go to his delegate User B. This works perfectly 99% of the time, but occasionally invites from a specific user (User C) skip going to the delegate and go into the inbox. Its ONLY invites from User C that do this, and it only happens sporadically. Everyone is internal and uses the same email domain. We have verified this can happen on mobile, or from outlook on PC, and we have done many other tests to try and pin down why this happens and we cannot find a solution. Also should mention that the invites are marked as Private but User C when she sends them, but the delegate is setup to see/receive private invites as well.
