Tiaan Rossouw all the way from South Africa again.
What is the difference between Enabled and Total users? For our tenant Enabled is higher that Total. I thought Total is number of licenses, Enabled the number of peope who's profiles are activated, and active the number of users in the period (in a month). It this correct?
Also maybe a good idea to include a legend on a page with the terms that are used on that page.

cheers to Sout Africa! Enabled is total numer of users that have been assigned a license to. Thus, the numbers of enabled users should not be higher. Could I ask you share a screenshot at so that we can take a look?
Take a look at the tabs at the bottom. There is a page called help resources that links to all the support documenation that we have around the content pack. Here is the direct link to the definiton of "active user": https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Active-user-in-Office-365-usage-reports-093a6d0d-890b-489e-...
We're working on updating the support documenation with more informaiton on what enabled users means.

Tiaan, I'm looking into this.
Juan Carlos, 32 and 33 is the number of active OD users respectively active OD accounts. Please take a look at the active user support documentation: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Active-user-in-Office-365-usage-reports-093a6d0d-890b-489e-...

let me clarify:
the image at the top shows the following information:
- 133: total number of enabled OD users. This is the number of users that has been assigned a OD license.
- 32: number of active OD users. We count a user as active if they have interacted with a file by creating, modifying, viewing, deleting, sharing internally or externally, or synchronizing to clients. This activity can be performed on their own account or on the account of somebody else. Please see the documenation for all active user definition: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Active-user-in-Office-365-usage-reports-093a6d0d-890b-489e-...
The image at the bottom shows the following information:
- 110: total OD accounts that have been provisioned by/ or for the enabled user. This number can be lower than the number of enabled users as an account does not get provisioned automatically.
- 33: number of active OD accounts. We count an account as active if it has any file activity (see above). This activity can be performed by the owner of somebody else. Thus, a OD account can be active even if the owner of the account is not active in that month. That's why the number of active accounts can be higher than the number of active users.
Hope this clarifies!
