This is on the Windows app. We do not have any calling or phone plans. We have Skype for Business on-premise but it's a pretty standard install - no speciality phone options.
All of a sudden last week I got the Calls tab which shows me my contacts and allows me to make calls from there (no keypad displayed). Also, in my settings, there's a new Calls tab that lets me choose Ringtones and TTY accessibility. No one else in the department sees the same thing. I love it, but I'm curious is this a known change that's being rolled out even if we don't have calling plans?
We've always had the ability of course in chat to use video or call, but this is a new interface. I'm not on the developer preview. When I look in the Teams logs I see it resolves to True now. We haven't used any PowerShell to change any settings that I know of, I'm the only one that would be doing that.

We had the Calls tab but today it disappeared... Any settings we should change to have it again? I liked the view even though it was quiet similar to Tab Chat -> Contacts.

Hi everybody,
I'm new on this blog and I have the same issue.
I have juste deployed Direct routing and trying to activate my Teams Users with Voice.
After activating my User, the call button is not appearing in my Teams Client. Waiting for 5 days...
Microsoft do not found the origine of the problem.
Is someone have the answer for this?
