For Microsoft Teams -
How do you know you've been added? Can you opt-out?
Is there an email sent? An SMS?
Recommendation:
Provide a "Preview" of the email / notice that will be sent to people being added to Microsoft Teams.
Bonus: Provide an option to allow the person sending the note to customize it before sending.
What are the defaults?
What notification is sent to a user that has been added to a Team?
Is it an email? Does the email have links to direct them to the team they have been added to?
Governance - Is there an Opt-Out link is someone chooses NOT to join a team?

I finally saw what someone receives when being invited to a Microsoft Team. Someone else invited me to a Team.
I just happened to notice it in my spam folder. Hint: this is a UX issue that needs to be addressed.
It would be nice to know (as a user or admin) what is being sent to those that are invited.
Two Recommendations:
1. Spam Notification - Note: Alert people that this email alias may end up in the Spam / Junk Mail folder. That's where I found this notification.
2. Opt-Out and/or Ask a Q - Recommendation: Op-Out Option "No Thanks"-or- Ask a Question of the person that invited you (before joining). Not everyone WANTS to automatically added to a Team.
Here are two screen shots of what was sent to me.

Yeap, this also has happened to me: invitation e-mails and notification e-mails about Teams are sent many times to my SPAM folder. However, the desktop App notifications and the mobile ones (Android App) work really well cc @Dan Stevenson
