In the past week, Teams now goes to voicemail when calling someone. Previously it rang off and ended the call if there was no answer.
This would be fine, however when checking the voicemail in the activity feed it says that it can't open it and there are no voicemail options under Calls.
I assume it's a new 'feature' but it's a bit confusing. Is there any way to turn this off or find out how to make it work?
We do not have any phone system plans and do not have hybrid Exchange configued, with all mailboxes currently on premise.
I did log a ticket, however was told that this is by design, which seems odd.

Will see if I can get them to actually work or at least transcribe.
