Greetings, I've got a strange issue that started on November 2nd. We have 6 SFB/Teams voice users using domestic calling. When a voice message is left for any one of these users the caller id will be incorrect. It's only incorrect within the Teams application/web app. If we look at the caller ID on the SFB Yealink desk phone, the caller id of the message within outlook, or the caller id of the missed call using the Skype for Business 2016 app it's correct. As voicemails have accumulated since the 2nd each one shows the same caller id of the number that leaves the last message. This behavior is the same for all Team users in the Organization. The numbers have been ported to Teams. I am sure this isn't a redirection.
The number in the caller ID is the number of the last caller to leave a message. When a message is left every voice message that hasn't been deleted since November 2nd changes to the caller ID of the number that just left a message.
For example if the user has 5 messages in their voice message list. If I call from my mobile phone and leave a message. There will be 6 messages and all six will display my number until a new message from another caller is left.
