Video conferencing on teams disable / enable for selected user group

Hi, 

we have disabled the video conferencing function for the entire tenant and would like to allow only a few users to use Video (for a particular use case). Is there a way to allow video to a selected group of members? On O365

Yes you can create multiple policies and assign these to users, not groups
