Unable to create Call Queues

We are seeing a problem when we go into the older Skype for Business Admin Portal to create a Call Queue. It tells us that now needs to be done via the newer "Microsoft Teams & Skype for Business Admin Center", however when we follow that link we receive a "Page could not be found" error in the portal. It appears to me that I currently don't have access to any place to create Call Queues at this time.

It looks like you are stuck in the middle when you are upgraded, I guess that if you wait a day or two you should see the new interface in the Teams Admin Center but if you can't wait you can use powershell to create your Call Queues.
