We are seeing a problem when we go into the older Skype for Business Admin Portal to create a Call Queue. It tells us that now needs to be done via the newer "Microsoft Teams & Skype for Business Admin Center", however when we follow that link we receive a "Page could not be found" error in the portal. It appears to me that I currently don't have access to any place to create Call Queues at this time. Some screen shots below for reference.
It looks like you are stuck in the middle when you are upgraded, I guess that if you wait a day or two you should see the new interface in the Teams Admin Center but if you can't wait you can use powershell to create your Call Queues.
