Which works fine in Outlook. The length of the last one is 359 chars long, whereas the first one is 562 chars long.
The long URL works fine in Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus which tells me that there is a limitation in Outlook 2016. I hope this is not a way to force an upgrade, because that can be very expensive for the company.
I wish the TEAMS developers can look into this and perhaps generate a shorter URL, perhaps a built-in URL shortener which I have seen other suggestions for.
It would also solve lots of issues if TEAMS had a Share to Outlook functionality as that is often the workflow used.
@NarasimaPerumal Chandramohan This is not entirely the same as I wrote above. An URL-shortener will help, but not solve the issue with too long URLs, which Outlook 2016 cannot handle. TEAMS should not produce URLs too long for a sister product, it breaks the workflow.
