Trouble creating flows into Teams via forms

Hello... wondered if anyone could help me??  I am trying to create a basic facilities reporting tool whereby a requester raises a facilities repair request using forms (i have already created this) which then gets sent to a Teams group app.  The person on Teams then sends an acceptance to the requester's email via Teams.  

Flow appears like it can do something like this but its all very confusing.  Having spent hours on it i am non the wiser.  Amy ideas of there is an existing flow for this or if it needs to be a bespoke flow how best i go about it?

@SpencervdW you might need to be a bit more specific with where your problem is. Here I've witten a Flow to post a message to a channel when a Form is submitted ...
