Our team has adopted Teams and absolutely loves it. However, we have come across a deficiency and we're not sure if it's a training issue or a feature that Teams doesn't contain.
We have some satellite employees and would like to have a telepresence voice channel that remains constantly active. Currently the only solution would be to engage in an all day long call, and adding users to the call. We would like there to be a constantly open channel (similar to discord) where users can enter or exit the conversation freely.
So, does this feature exist and we just don't have it enable? Or, is this a feature not in Teams? If it isn't, we would LOVE for that to be considered for implementation. It is exactly what we need for our satellite employees.
