Teams crashes with video on surface

I see that others have had this issue two years ago, but I dont see a resolution. I have a Surface Pro 4 and video chats work find with Zoom, and Skype. When I try Teams video my video shows up green with lines in it then crashes Teams. Team will reopen with an error that it had a glitch. Teams phone calls are ok.

Sounds like a graphic driver issue! Update to latest driver version! Also could be a graphic setting! I don’t know about your device but people with both integrated and separate graphic cards have had troubles with this!

Check for Windows Updates, that will upgrade the drivers for the Surface Pro 4. I'm not aware of any issues with that hardware in a long time so I'm sure it should be fine.

Try downloading the latest firmware drivers, which will also update drivers etc. Sometimes windows update doesn't work properly and update the drivers etc. Here is the link for the 4.

Do a command prompt and type winver to get what windows build you're on to know which download to get. The build number is in the filename so for mine, 17763 so I would download
SurfacePro4_Win10_17134_1804501_0.msi since it's the latest version that is available.

Thank you the microsoft windows updates did not resolve it. the graphics card was current. The surface firmware update did fix it.

Is anyone experiencing issues with GPU percentage going up to 100% between Desktop Windows Manager and Teams, causing audio issues on Microsoft Surface PRO 4?  Just started experiencing this issue a couple weeks ago.
