We have a new O365 Tenant with Domestic calling plan, E3 and phone system licenses. I have set up a user with a number and with it, I can log into teams and make/receive calls on the number using the client as expected.
The problem I am getting is if I set the user to forward calls to my mobile or simring/delay forward calls to my mobile, the call just drops when this happens. This occurs for any external number.
Coexistence mode is Teams only, external access is unrestricted,
Does anyone have any clue why this would be happening? Are there further settings that need configuring?
