I'm administering a freemium version of Teams, and a user has locked themselves out. There doesn't appear to be an admin dashboard, and I'm struggling to find the appropriate back-end to unlock user accounts.
Hi! Checking in on this. Did you resolve the account issue for the user? The password he would use is the one for the Microsoft Account tied to the email address you invited to Teams. It was either created when he joined you in teams, or they already had an MSA tied to their email, and would just signed in.
