Teams Planner Bot not working as of 7/10

Hi All,

 

Our org has finally noticed that the Planner bot has basically stopped sending new task assignments completely as of 7/10. None of our members are getting any notifications of new tasks outside of them showing up in planner and the regular planner notifications when you visit the plan. Emails also aren't being sent, and conversations / comments aren't being sent either. Any idea what's going on? Everyone's got the right settings on the plans to receive notifications, yet nothing happens.
