We have a strange problem on all users on our tenant. We use Teams + Phone System + Direct Routing. When configuring voicemail (Teams > Settings > Calls > Configure voicemail), all the settings from the Voicemail settings dialog are simply ignored/not saved. E.g. I set a custom greeting text, press OK, close the Settings dialog. Then, when I reopen the voicemail settings again, all the fields are empty or in their default state. The voicemail settings are simply not saved. Does anyone experienced this as well? Any clues?
