Teams Auto-Attendant / Number of Rings

I have a service number in an auto-attendant that offers a menu to connect directly to the users in my org.  I've noticed some variability when calling the service line in terms of how many rings someone hears before they're given the menu.  I've experienced as few as one rings, and as many as eight.

 

Is there a default number of rings, or a way for me to set the default?
