Hoping I am able to explain this adequately. Issue is occurring across multiple SRS and Surface Hubs.
When starting an ad-hoc meeting on both devices, when searching for people, results are very inconsistent. When you start typing in letters to find someone, if you type 3 letters you may receive results. If you add a 4th letter and then a 5th letter, there are not results. If you type in a 6th letter, you will receive results. Add a 7th letter and you continue to receive the error No Results Found.
Mind you that these results are totally inconsistent. Sometimes you need to type 4 letter to receive results but adding the 5th letter results in nothing found. Same weirdness happens when you back letters out. My next test is to try this in a Teams meeting on the same devices.
Just put a new Hub 2 in our C-Suite and want to resolve this quickly before frustration rises.
