I recently started using Office 365 and Teams, so my working knowledge of both is rather limited. Recently, I set up an outside lawyer to have guest access to one of our team sites. She asked how She would know that accepting the invite would not allow us to have access to her general Outlook, etc. files and information. I have not been able to find any information that addresses the security that protects the outside firm from unauthorized access by us. I realize we do not have that kind of access, but I need something other than my word to give her and her firm. Does anyone know where I might find that information? Thank you.
