Hi,

I have the following need: I want to publish the content of a newsletter received by email into a Teams channel.

What I want to avoid is to add a rule into my Outlook to forward the email into Teams, what I'm looking for is a connector that can receive emails from a particular newsletter and publish the content into a channel. Is it possible?

Afaik the connectors I know posts all mails from the connected account! What I can think of is to create a mailbox and set up a rule in the other mailbox to forward that newsletters ( ex on subject: newsletter X ) to this new mailbox! This mailbox will only contain these newsletters now! Connect this to mailclark or any other connector

Adam
An alternative suggestion is to get the email address of the Teams channel, create the Teams Channel as a contact in Exchange, then create a distribution list adding yourself and the contact. Finally get the newsletter sent to the distribution.

Result: both you and the Teams channel get the newsletter no mailbox rules applied.

Hope that answers your question!

Best, Chris
Just go to a channel you want the newsletter to go to. Right click it > Get E-mail address. Click on advanced link on that window and make sure to allow anyone to send to the e-mail address. Take that address and sign up for the newsletter. Next time it goes out, it should go to the channel.
