Got a glitch last week in regards to TEAMS Meeting. My boss, has two different accounts / organization. Both of the profiles are synced in Outlook as well with the calendar and requires him to logout / login to TEAMS wherever the meetings is in order for him to join. Both org are using TEAMS only mode.
Scenario 1: ContosoEast organized a meeting from Outlook (so he can attached files - as TEAMS is not capable yet). He's currently logged in as ContosoWest from TEAMS. As far as we know, he should be logging out first from his ContosoWest from TEAMS and use his ContoEast account. However what happened is, he was able to join using his ContoWest account which shouldn't be happening.
Problem: There is a delay from the contact information (Toll Number) below whenever you organize a meeting from Outlook. It took 30 mins before it synced to the original Toll Number that is from a different account. This was the main issue why ContosoWest was able to join ContosoEast's meeting on TEAMS. Once contact information is synced to the original account that's the time that it works correctly. Is there a time transition whenever we switch an account to a different org?
From my testing, the switch happens in outlook soon as you switch accounts as long as you don't already have a meeting open using the addin etc. It should work fine once clicking New > Meeting etc.
As for joining, you don't have to technically switch accounts assuming they allow external people to join meetings, you will just be able to click on an invite and go to their meetings as well, you will be treated as an anonymous user thou(unless you are a guest there, which is another story).
Still a bit confused on what is taking the time, are you saying the audio conference dial in numbers are not switching when you try to schedule a new Teams meeting?
