Organization information: We can't find your information.

Hi, 

 

trying to set up teams for our organization. 

 

On dashboard page, I'll get an error "We can't find your information."

 

On external access page, I get an error  "We can't load any data. Try again?"

 

Error We can't get the list of holidays right now.
Error We can't load all of your resource accounts.
Error We can't load all of your resource accounts.
 
Is this expected behavior, and how to fix this?

Our users have teams (auto)installed and some of them has already started creating teams.

Same here. This is on an existing tenant which has previously worked fine
+1 same issue here, again was working perfectly well.

there is another thread very similar to this one which has been ongoing for a while, bu the issue seems to magically vanish when you raise a support ticket with MS

@Barry-Rawson, yes, bizarrely the issue resolved itself within a coupe of hours after logging a support ticket.
