I'm struggling with the following question:
I'm currently working on new call flows inside my company. 1 flow needs to have the opt-in / out option.
By default, when this option is enabled at first, all agents are opted in. In this flow, this isn't needed at all.
Everyone needs to be opted out except the agents that are handling these. I'm talking about a 100-ish users.
Is there a way to set the agents' their status to "opted out" via PowerShell instead of making all these users to opt out manually?
I know you can get these users with Get-CsHuntGroup, but it seems you can't set the agents with Set-CsHuntGroup
