He was added as a guest to a Team of another tenant. In files there is a word document. He can open and edit it in Teams without any Problems. But if he wants to open it in word on his computer it is not working. First he has to register in word. When he does that he gets the error message that he can't register with two account of the same Tenant. He works with two accounts. One is personal the other one is just used as mailaccount for his position. He works with his personal account. In the office products is he registered with his personal account. He was added to teams with his personal account.
What we allready have tried:
- removed guest user from Team and tenant (owner of Teams). Added user as guest user in Azure Active Directory and added him again as guest user in Team
- removed all registrations in Office products and Computer. Removed Office and installed it again.
Any ideas what could be the cause of this Problem?
